1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, form the complete agreement between jillss and you. By using our services, you affirm that:

• You have read and understood all terms outlined in this document.
• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to create a jillss account. We operate under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and comply with all applicable Philippine gambling laws. By registering, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

jillss reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jillss account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will be flagged by our fraud detection systems. If multiple accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately closed.
• Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• All bonuses, winnings, and promotional offers associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
• The original account may also be closed if fraud or abuse is suspected.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms. You must notify jillss immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details or contacting customer support at [email protected].

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillss username, password, and any other credentials associated with your account. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches, you must immediately notify jillss customer support. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. jillss is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jillss accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB), over-the-counter cash-in at 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier, and cryptocurrency (USDT via Binance and Coins.ph). All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method and account status. Standard accounts have a maximum deposit of ₱50,000 per transaction, while VIP accounts may have higher limits upon approval. Deposits are typically credited to your jillss account instantly for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays). Over-the-counter deposits are processed within 24 hours after receiving confirmation from the payment partner.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits (deposits made by someone other than the account holder) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed. jillss reserves the right to request verification of payment source ownership before processing deposits or withdrawals.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can be made once your account balance exceeds ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱100,000 for standard accounts and ₱500,000 for VIP accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be proportionally distributed to match deposit ratios.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 2 hours during business hours; bank transfers are completed within 24 hours (business days only); cryptocurrency withdrawals are completed within 6 hours after blockchain confirmation. All withdrawals are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks, which may extend processing times up to 72 hours in certain cases.

3.4 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing funds, you must complete a minimum wagering requirement of 1x (one times) the total deposited amount. This requirement applies to all deposits, including bonus funds. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000, you must place at least ₱1,000 in total wagers before withdrawing. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount).

3.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

jillss reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if:

• Account verification documents are incomplete or have not been submitted.
• Wagering requirements have not been met.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms has occurred.
• Outstanding chargebacks, disputes, or negative balances exist on your account.
• Requested withdrawal amount exceeds your verified withdrawal limit.

jillss does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

jillss offers various promotions, bonuses, and rewards to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective promotional page at the time of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms associated with that promotion.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and players engaging in arbitrage betting or low-risk wagering strategies may be excluded from promotional offers. jillss reserves the right to limit or revoke bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 10% to 20%. Live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms for each promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, using arbitrage strategies, exploiting game malfunctions, or any other behavior that jillss deems unfair or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts closed. jillss may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

4.4 Maximum Bonus Winnings

Certain bonuses may have a maximum withdrawal limit (also known as a win cap). For example, a bonus with a ₱10,000 win cap means that even if you win ₱50,000 using bonus funds, only ₱10,000 can be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met. Excess winnings will be forfeited. Win caps are clearly stated in the terms of each promotional offer.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by jillss use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories such as iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jillss, players, or any third party. 5.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

5.5 Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, hacking, or using any software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Management

6.1 Player Responsibility

jillss makes no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our platform. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that technical issues, server downtime, or maintenance will not occur. In the event of service disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible but accept no liability for any losses incurred during downtime.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of jillss services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations with jillss customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. jillss may, at its discretion, agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jillss and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by jillss of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jillss to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment
